Templates are digital files and cannot be returned once downloaded. We still want you to get a working product.

When we refund

• The file is corrupt or will not open, and we cannot fix it.
• The template is materially different from its product page.
• You were charged twice for the same product.

When we do not refund

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• You bought the wrong template.
• The template does not fit your specific use.

How to request

Email support@strategicslides.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop.
