These terms apply to use of the Strategic Slides website and purchases of templates from strategicslides.com. By using the site or buying or downloading a template, you agree to them.
Library content and ownership
The consulting decks and other third-party materials in our library are collected from publicly accessible online sources and shared for informational and educational purposes. Their creators and other rights holders retain their rights. We do not claim ownership of those materials or any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the companies and people shown in them. Our own website content and the templates we sell are separate from those third-party materials.
Public availability does not mean a work is free to reuse. If you own rights to material on this site and have a concern about its use, contact support@strategicslides.com with the page URL and details of your claim so we can review it.
Information and investment decisions
The site provides general information, not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a recommendation to buy or sell a security or make any investment. Third-party decks may be old, incomplete, inaccurate, or presented without their original context. We do not independently verify their claims or promise that the library is current, complete, or accurate. Products
We sell digital slide deck templates. Files are delivered as downloads after payment. Nothing is shipped.
Payments
Payments are processed by Whop. Prices are shown in USD and are one-time unless stated otherwise. We do not store your payment details.
License
You may:
- Use the templates for your own work and for client work.
- Edit and adapt the templates to your needs.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template files, in original or modified form.
- Publish the templates as a competing template product.
- Share your download access with others.
One purchase covers one person. Contact us for team licenses. We keep ownership of the templates.
Fonts and third-party content
Templates may use fonts or icons with their own licenses. You are responsible for having the right to use any fonts you install.
Warranty
Templates are provided as is. We do not guarantee they suit a particular purpose or that they are error-free. Templates are not financial, legal, or investment advice.
Liability
You use the library and rely on its content at your own risk. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on the site or third-party materials. For claims about a purchased template, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that template. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
